Welcome to finseeka, a service provided by Maple Ridge Technologies, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company (collectively, "finseeka," "we," "us," or "our"). Access to finseeka's services and platforms may be provided via finseeka.com or mapleridgetechnologies.com, including any subdomains thereof (collectively, the "Sites"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the finseeka service (the "Service") or the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or the Sites.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I agree" or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

finseeka provides an AI-powered platform designed to facilitate search and analysis of regulatory filings and related private market data.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or other misconduct.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, code, trademarks, designs, processes, and data ("Intellectual Property") used or displayed in the Service are owned by finseeka or our licensors.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• You may not use the Intellectual Property for any commercial or competitive purpose without explicit authorization.

5. Unauthorized Usage and Prohibited Activities

• Use the Service for unlawful activities or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service’s security or integrity.
• Use bots or automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service.
• Bypass rate limits or usage caps associated with your plan.
• Degrade or impair the performance of the Service for others.

6. User Data and Privacy

We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that your usage data can be collected and utilized to enhance and improve our Service, analyze usage patterns, and inform feature developments. We may also use your contact information for newsletters, updates, and marketing purposes. We manage these communications via HubSpot and other authorized third-party services.

7. No Securities Offerings or Broker-Dealer Activity

finseeka is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. All information available via finseeka is public information. We do not offer or sell securities, provide investment advice, or facilitate securities transactions. All information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice or marketing of securities offerings.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless finseeka, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and finseeka and supersede any prior agreements. Any failure by us to enforce these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our rights. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

13. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service may be offered through monthly subscription plans (“Plans”), each with defined usage limits, features, or access levels. All Plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable for the duration of the billing period, regardless of usage.

By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information.

You may cancel your Plan at any time, but cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

Customer support is provided via email at trevor@mapleridgetech.com. While we aim to be responsive and helpful, we do not guarantee any specific response time or resolution window.

No Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or any particular level of uptime, performance, or availability. The Service is provided "as is" and may be subject to outages, maintenance windows, or unanticipated disruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Plan at our discretion. Changes to pricing or Plan features will be communicated with reasonable notice, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
